Select apartment homes at Howard Hill are available through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, and eligibility is based on household income, household size, and applicable program requirements. The income guidelines below outline the minimum and maximum household income requirements for qualifying applicants.

Application Review

All applications are reviewed using the same resident selection criteria, including verification of income and assets, landlord references, and standard background screening for all household members age 18 and older, in accordance with applicable laws and program requirements.


Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult (age 18 or older) is required at the time of application.
